Project Coordinator

Core Talent are currently recruiting for a reputable National Building Sub-Contractor who are looking to on board a Project Coordinator based in their office on the South-side of Brisbane. The successful candidate will be working closely with the QLD State Manager to ensure projects run smoothly.

Duties of the Role:

• Managing project deadlines and budget
• Allocating and organising trades to projects
• Resourcing labour
• Scheduling Business Development meetings
• Confirming projects
• Invoicing projects

To be successful the candidate MUST have:

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to use Microsoft excel and word
• Experience in budgets and invoicing
• Great attitude towards work and wanting to progress within the company
