Our Opportunity

Delta Facilities Management offers maintenance, construction, and project management services to a diverse range of sectors, including defence organisations, schools, offshore projects and numerous other business areas. We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Mechanical Technician to work at a static site at the Queensland Children's Hospital. 

The Position

• Planned and Reactive Maintenance of HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical Assets across site
• Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
• Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice
• Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
• Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works

• VPD required
• COVID Vaccine
• Cert 3 in refrigeration and air conditioning
• Restricted electrical
• QBCC license
• white card
• police check
