Senior ESG Analyst Newly created role guiding the corporate ESG strategy for a top 50 ASX listed business Employer of choice $110k - $130k + Super + Bonus This high profile ASX listed property group has a broad range of asset classes and is involved in funds management, development, and management of properties around Australia. Their team are highly motivated, keen, smart, and provide a great environment for any ambitious person to grow their own skills. ESG is a key focus for the organisation and their investors, and as a result they have created a new position in their group team to help drive the program forwards. Key duties will include: Creation of ESG frameworks and policies Work with senior leaders to develop ESG strategies Key reporting including ownership of the annual Responsible Business Reporting Work with external ESG rating agencies Identification and management of risk and opportunities in the ESG space Peer benchmarking and analysis Lead role in communication across the business You must have 2-3+ years' experience in the ESG/Sustainability space from within large corporate organisation. You must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of ESG strategy, frameworks, and policies, as well as excellent project management skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
