TrimEVAC, as part of Greencap, provides a comprehensive range of Emergency Management Services, including training, consultancy and auditing across a diverse range of clients in both government and private sectors. Supported by a team of over 300 professional employees based in 8 offices across Australia, we are now seeking to appoint a highly motivated Emergency Management Consultant.

The Role:

TrimEVAC requires an energetic and passionate Emergency Management Consultant to join the Victorian team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Emergency Procedures Training, Evacuation Diagram markups and site profiles and analysis to a variety of clients across a diverse range of industries in Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

Reporting to the National Training and Compliance Manager, key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of TrimEVAC ERP Training – (Face to Face & Web-Based)
  • Conducting Facility Evacuation Exercises
  • Completion of training and attendance reports
  • Evacuation Diagram Mark Ups
  • Database entry and management.
  • Assist manager with team support.
  • Lead Generation for follow-up by the sales team
  • Ensure completion of various reports.
  • Working with a dedicated scheduler.
  • Providing Client Feedback
  • Travel in metro and regional areas.
  • Record Management.
  • Liaise with and support other teams as required.

About you:

As a successful candidate, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering structured training presentations
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment TAE40110
  • The ability to prioritise and multi-task is essential in order to allow a balance in travel, onsite or web-based training and the time required to complete administrative duties Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Advanced computer literacy (MS Office and CRM/Database)
  • An understanding of Emergency Management and AS3745-2010 is advantageous

This role requires flexibility occasionally working in country locations and limited weekend work; a full driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle is also essential.
