Customer Business Support provides operational/commercial support for Services Sales professionals within the Customer Success Board Area of SAP. Our mission is to reduce internal complexity to ensure customer facing roles are focused on Customers Success The Training and Adoption team lead role will support a small team (currently 4) of contractors and employees to deliver commercial support for the Training and Adoption scope within the APJ+ GC Customer Business Support business. The TA-T reports directly to the Head of Customer Business Support APJ+GC EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS The TA-TL has a thorough understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of the Training and Adoption sales cycle (particularly CST/ P-Card and Learning Hub). With this knowledge and expertise, the TA-TL will ensure smooth provision of commercial and operational sales support for the training and adoption business across all countries in the APJ+GC region. Lead the team providing this service currently from a day-to-day operational perspective. Be the regional Subject Matter Expert for Training and Adoption topics in the CBS business Establish and maintain leadership engagement with the Training and Adoption Business locally, regionally and globally. Coordinate the role out of new topics and initiatives in the business. Assess performance of current team from an operational and effectiveness perspective and make recommendations to the Head of CBS APJ+GC with regards to improvements, required changes and continued improvement. Act as point of Escalation on T&A deals and topics. Plan and schedule leave coverage for the existing team. Act as trusted advisor for internal customers (SAM, IAE, SSEMs, SSPs, TQMs). Strong written communication skills.
