Many past and present members attended to both congratulate the new crop of winners and reflect on 40 years in the business.
It was nice to see past members share and reminisce about old times.
The current members participated in fun games on horseback and also on foot. These events were followed by lunch and presentations.
Todd Thorne and Hannah Smith received encouragement awards, Nichole Thorpe declared most improved senior and Katelyn Staples most improved among juniors, Callum Smith was the junior sporting, showjumping and campdrafting champion, Sarah Hannan the top senior in campdrafting, Brendan Hart the best among senior showjumpers and Heidi Staples the juniors.
Callum Smith capped a prolific afternoon by receiving the John Edlund Memorial Trophy. The senior sporting and pony-clubber of the year award went the way of Hannah Read.
