The event has been moved from the park to Veolia Arena on Braidwood Road, Saturday, March 18, from 6pm till late.
It follows on from Comic Con (11am-5pm), with the convenience of the same venue.
“We haven't had much luck with the weather, but we're too excited to reschedule,” said the council’s marketing team leader, Paige Penning.
“So bring your ugg boots, beanbags and blankets to enjoy the sheltered, carpeted, comfort of Veolia Arena Goulburn.”
The free screening of Guardians of the Galaxy will include free, freshly popped popcorn, a garden bar and the Eat Street stalls cooking up a mouth-watering feast.
Activities for children in the Kids Zone plus market stalls to browse under festoon lighting will ensure the indoors Pictures and Popcorn will be an enjoyable evening.
