Taking to social media, the Hume LAC reported on Tuesday they had rescued two kittens from an engine bay in a vehicle on Bourke Street, Goulburn.
“The Hume Police have been involved in an extra special rescue today, rescuing these fabulous little guys from an engine bay of a vehicle in Bourke Street,” the Hume LAC posted.
“The kittens have been vet checked and are in good health but not chipped and between 6-8 weeks old.”
Members of the community responded with wishes for the kittens health and praise for the boys and girls in blue.
