Big things are happening down at the Goulburn Marketplace.
With the Lederer Group awaiting a council decision on an application to revamp the centre, it would seem the future looks bright for the shopping centre.
Marketplace owner Paul Lederer told The Goulburn Post this week that, if the plan was accepted, $10.5 million would be used to reconfigure existing shops, introduce five specialty shops, an outdoor play area and new amenities.
He further said the plan would facilitate the establishment of more eateries and a walkway from the millers store through the car park.
