A police spokesperson said the woman was joining along McDermott Drive and crossed the bridge when she noticed a man standing on the opposite side of the road watching her.
The alleged incident happened about 4.20pm.
“As she turned off the bridge and onto a walking track (that runs underneath the bridge) she noticed the man following her,” the spokesperson said.
“The woman felt intimidated by his actions and made her way back to her residence.”
The woman returned home and reported the man to police.
The area was then patrolled but the man had left.
“The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, aged in his late 20s to early 30s, and wearing a red shirt, light blue jeans, a dark cap, and white shoes,” the spokesperson said.
Police are urging anyone with information to contact the Goulburn Police Station or call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
