On Sunday, March 18, participants will be able to partake in 1.5km, 3.5km and a 7.5km fun run from Victoria to Belmore Park 

Prizes will be distributed on the day and the first family across the finish line will win a photographic prize.

Entertainment, children’s activities and food stalls will also be available for attendees. 

Committee secretary Camilla Cartwright said all the money raised will be donated to the hospital and stay in the district.

“This is the first fun run and it would be great if everyone gets on board so we can see the potential of doing this again,” she said.

Ms Cartwright said the event aims to promote healthy behaviours.
