This is the seventh year the scholarships have been donated by the Veolia Mulwarree Trust.
Among those receiving scholarships were Kaitlyn Neate who is studying to become an English teacher, Shannon Smith who hopes to become a paramedic, Molly McClenahan-Lenane who is studying to become a veterinary nurse and Leanne Hynes who is studying to work in community services.
“With access to TAFE NSW employer connections and scholarships, the students are on track to be employed in a career they’ll love,” a NSW TAFE spokesperson said.
Later this year, the Veolia Mulwarree Trust will also present scholarships valued at $2000 to three TAFE NSW agriculture students.
