For example, the Covan Creek Road intersecting with the Currawang Road, at the Currawang Copper Mines.
Currawang Road was accorded the same expenditure per mile as the current Federal Highway, due to the traffic bringing timber for the mines, etc.
And the less-known Spring Valley-Millbank Road that seems to been first announced by the Queanbeyan Electorate, 1895, as the new road from the Collector-Goulburn Road to the Spring Valley Creamery.
Information about the Spring Valley Races, said to be equi-distance between Spring Valley and Collector, attracting crowds of several hundred in the 1880-90s, also appreciated.
