His birthday was actually on Sunday, but Saturday night was a great opportunity to share his milestone birthday with his family, housemates and Disability Services Australia current and previous staff as well as his workmates and the staff at Endeavour Industries.
He was a little bit overwhelmed by all the attention where the party was “all about Mick”.
He was thrilled to have his favourite family members including sister “Sissy” Jackie Cooper, brother Kevin Cooper and nephew Jamie Cooper there as well as his cousin Darren Weekes. It was also special for him to share his cake with housemates johnny, Andrea, Kellie and Kerry.
“About the cake,” Jackie Cooper said, “He was a little concerned about cutting it.”
““I will cut my hand,” he said. So he just held Sissy’s hand instead of the knife.
“Mick enjoyed his dinner ( he loves his food) especially the desert and cake and the many presents he received.”
