NEW FACILITY
Club Lime is a Canberra-based company who decided the next logical step, since they already had a good number of members who live in Goulburn and work around Canberra, was to build a facility those members, and new ones, could benefit from nearer to home.
Club Lime’s gyms are staffed during the day, have a convenient schedule of fitness classes, and are also available to members 24/7.
HIIT
“High intensity interval training is the new thing. Everyone likes to be doing it. It’s great for weight loss. It’s great for strength. It hits all the key areas in a compressed time frame so it’s great for those people who are time poor, and it’s one of those things that caters for everyone,” Sean said.
“The functional fitness is something that will stick around for a long time if not forever because it does hit all those key areas that people need to be doing.”
