When I was a councillor, Warwick Bennett was appointed by a vote (not a unanimous vote).
There was a re-structure very soon after he was appointed resulting in a change of staff.
Then some time later, there was another re-structure resulting in staffing changes.
Now, to solve “problems” there is to be another re-structure.
Exactly how many re-structures are necessary to make the council workable or modern or whatever word is used nowadays?
