It is wonderful that the work of these women work in operating the Wellness Centre over the last four years has been recognised beyond just our township.

Their commitment to making the Wellness Centre such a pleasure to attend, has assisted to keep many seniors independent, and people with chronic diseases out of hospital.

As one of many users I would like to thank Heather and Deborah who lead the various weekly sessions, for making this health facility such a people oriented place, and for focusing on the social aspects of good living as well as our fitness and health.
