A lot of thought was put into the facility’s design and it was an 18 month process from concept to completion.
Among the many considerations were easy vehicular access with a one-way loop road so you don’t need to reverse, and making sure it would be very secure.
“This new facility is a great way to store your goods considering the high standard of security that it has,” says Mrs Alaia, referring specifically to its commercially installed surveillance camera system, the 24/7 lighting, the secure perimeter fencing and an automated front gate which opens quickly with an individual security fob.
The location is also convenient for many people since “It is also within close proximity to the Hume Highway making it easily accessible if you were coming from Sydney or Canberra.”
