Zen and the Art of Pause
In the craziness of life we all grapple with feelings of stress and anxiety. Sometimes the fast pace can become all too much and we lose focus of our selves and what is most important, affecting our health and our relationships with others. Are you tired of living on the hamster wheel of a neverending to-do list and feeling overwhelmed? Want to turn all of that around and learn new techniques to cope and find peace and serenity?
The Tea House Gallery is offering a one day retreat in Korean Buddhist Practice on Saturday, August 25. The retreat is facilitated by Venerable Bom Hyon Sunim and psychotherapist Stephen Carroll. During the day you will learn techniques to be present in each moment and cultivate practices to help you live a calmer life.
