The NSW corruption watchdog should do a comprehensive check of crown land purchases after a prime waterfront property was sold heavily under its real value, says Greens upper house MP David Shoebridge.

Mr Shoebridge claims a parcel of Central Coast land was sold in 2015 for $38,000 despite the department's internal valuations putting it at least $120,000.
The department then only advertised notice of the sale in a newspaper on the state's south coast, at Batemans Bay.
Mr Shoebridge said on Thursday evening he'd referred the matter to the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
"It is quite literally unbelievable that the only notice given by the coalition of the proposed sale of the land was in a small local newspaper 270 km away from the site," he said in a statement.
"We have uncovered these failings after constant digging for the truth and we now need ICAC to look at not just this sale but the thousands of other public sites sold off by the coalition."
The Berijiklian government now wants answers from the department.
"The minister takes these concerns seriously and has asked the department for an explanation," a spokeswoman for Lands Minister Paul Toole said.
