Don Hopkins has been an influential part of Sydney's blues scene since the ‘70s and was inducted into the Australian Blues Music Festival's Blues Walk Of Fame at Goulburn in 2002. He also has a Chain Award from this festival. Don played in Lucky Oceans' Festival Western Swing band at the National Folk Festival in 2005 and also toured Austria in that year. He has also performed as a member of 'Jim Conway's Big Wheel' and 'Captain Matchbox Whoopee Band'. Experience a night of nostalgia and immerse yourself in the ‘20s and ‘30s jazz and blues to ‘50s and ‘60s rhythm and blues and rock and roll.

Hockey NSW Indoor State Championship – Under 21/Open Women

Hockey NSW comprises of 27 Associations and approximately 30,000 registered hockey players in regional and metropolitan NSW. The player base represents men, women, boys and girls ranging from five years of age in introductory programs to players aged over sixty five in Masters Programs. Competitors will be travelling from Nepean, Parkes, Illawarra, South Coast, Sydney, Dubbo, Grafton, Bathurst, Port Macquarie, Newcastle as well as local Goulburn teams.

The Goulburn Gloves Tournament will be the first of an annual boxing tournament to be held in Goulburn Australia. Fighters from all states can nominate to compete. There will be 25 plus fights on the night varying from Juniors, Youth, Elite and Masters in both male and female divisions. This fight night will be sanctioned by boxing NSW and Combat Sports Authority.
