Saturday was the final day for the Lilac City Country markets at the Goulburn Public School with some 34 stalls operating many with special Christmas stock on prominent display. There was plenty to choose from with many stalls extending their normal range of goods to special Christmas items. Coordinator Heather Landow said this was the final markets for 2018 but they would be back in January. “ We are always looking for new regular stall holders and hope in the new year to have some new stalls offering interesting goods for sale,” she said. We will also be welcoming back our regular supporters and we wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2019.” A couple of the regular stall holders will be taking a break in January but will be back in February.

Lilac City markets wrap up for 2018
Andrew and Robert McDonald, Darren Scott and Mish Scott were out bargain hunting at the Lilac City markets on Saturday.
The Men's Shed representatives Garry Miller and Ray McDonald had bits and pieces for sale, but were just as interested in drumming up new members for their group.
