It is timed to coincide with the peak of the lavender harvest season at the beautiful Crystal Brook Gardens and Lavender Farm at Laggan.
Watch demonstrations of lavender harvesting and distilling.
Plus, learn about cooking with a variety of herbs with Clive Larkman, and have a taste of a range of chillies.
The official opening will be by gardening author and journalist Fiona Ogilvie.

The event features live music and lots of delicious food at either the Paris Café or Laggan Bushfire Brigade barbecue.
There will also be an array of unique plants and products for sale over the weekend.
