St Saviour's Community Craft and Garage Sale

St Saviour's Community Craft and Garage Sale Market is held on the first Saturday of every month (excluding January) in the St Saviour's Cathedral Hall. Lots of different stallholders combining with craft items, garden equipment, clothes, books, produce, tools, bric-a-brac, funiture, toys, plants all at low prices. Refreshments available.

Take an interactive tour and learn about the history of the bells at St Saviour's Cathedral. The splendid bell-tower, soaring windows and massive stone work are the first impressions one has of St Saviour's. The Cathedral is one of the finest white sandstone cathedrals in the Southern Hemisphere.

The markets include local arts, crafts, produce and other items such as kids activities and barbecues. It is held on the first Saturday of every month (excluding January).
Goulburn Show
- On Saturday, March 2 to Sunday, March 3, from 9am both days, Goulburn Recreation Area Showground. Admission: Family - $30/day, adults - $15/day, 17 and under/concession - $5/day, preschool free
The Goulburn Show is one of the largest community events held annually in the Goulburn Mulwaree area. There will be pavilion exhibits and displays, show bags, rides and sideshow alley, food and produce stalls, farm and machinery display, animal shows and displays, animal nursery, equestrian, dog show, flyball, high jump, chain-saw sculpture, woodchopping, reptile show, junior showgirl and master showman competition, alpaca youth paraders, vintage machinery display and much, much more!
The Country Championships

Goulburn Race Club plays host to the fourth heat of the Country Championships series. The $150 000 race is one of eight qualifying races around NSW with horses vying for a spot in the half million-dollar final at Royal Randwick on April 6. There will be a dress To impress competition, live entertainment by renowned country band 'Blazing Boots' and face painting and jumping castles for the kids.
Sunday Music Sessions

Every Sunday, bring along your talents, come and join the friendly bunch to share some music and singing on the veranda or by the fire. Join in or come to listen and enjoy. The Australian sessions begin at 1pm followed by the Veranda band Americana sessions at 5pm.

Exhibition: The Aftermath of WWI

The theme of the Great War centenary continues this year, with the focus on "Returning Troops, the Spanish Influenza Pandemic - the Aftermath of War". Because of the tyranny of distance and the lack of suitable transport ships, many service personnel were still arriving back in Australia well into the '20s. This is a new exhibition.
Georgian Glass: Colonial Style

The exhibition consists of over 40 pieces from the collection, including glasses, rummer glasses, jugs, serving ware and candlesticks.The collection highlights stylistic changes in English glass, driven by advances in technology and changes in the way people ate, drank and socialised. It surveys major changes in style and taste during the Georgian era,as well as the technology of glass making during this era.
Rose Festival Art Exhibition

The Art Exhibition has two sections. The general art section and the rose themed section which has a first prize of $500. All art works are for sale. It is an ideal opportunity to buy a reasonably priced painting as a gift for Mothers Day or for your home, office or shop. There are works to suit almost any pocket. Even if you don't want to buy a painting, you will enjoy coming to look at the art on display.
Goulburn Bustle

An exhibition presenting the breadth of the Gallery's permanent collection, unleashed en masse for the first time in its 37-year history. Beginning with The Moffitt Bequest in 1956, continuing to today, Goulburn Bustle features hundreds of works from the collection and has been curated by previous directors Jennifer Lamb, Jane Cush, and current director Gina Mobayed.
