The last fortnight has been good to the Monaro Colts Under 23s and Women's sides, and both have featured strong contingents of Goulburn players in their ranks.

The men's team has enjoyed great success in both rounds so far, with wins over the Western Rams (62-20) and the Central Coast Roosters (16-12) which have booked them a place in the semi-finals.
Meanwhile, the women have had a more mixed bag with a win over the Rams (30-6) and a loss against the Roosters (12-26) which was not enough to earn a semi-final berth.
Under 23s coach Justin Giteau said that he was particularly impressed with the effort of his players considering many of them were new to the side and significantly younger than 23.
"It's definitely been pleasing," Giteau said.
"The kids that have come in are high quality players. They've come through the system, the lot of them. They understand what it takes to play at that level."
Three Goulburn players - Conor Brebner, Tyson Greenwood, and Nic Cornish - were selected in the U23s, and Greenwood and Cornish have played in both matches to date.
Both men have performed well, with Cornish scoring two tries in the game against the Rams.
The semi-finals will see the Colts play the North Coast Bulldogs at Woy Woy on March 30, and Giteau is not yet sure what to expect from their prospective opponents.
"I don't know much about them, to be honest," Giteau said.
"This week we'll probably try to focus on what we need to do better and what we need to improve, then next week we'll have a look at them and what they've got and see if we can get another win."
Giteau explained that there were still some rough patches in both defense and attack which he intends to tidy up with the players ahead of the semi-final.
The Bulldogs have been mercurial in the tournament so far. The first round saw them fall to a close 20-26 loss against the Greater Northern Tigers, but they bounced back in the second with a 62-0 thrashing of Newcastle and Hunter.
The Colts will play the Bulldogs on March 30 at Woy Woy Oval from 12.50pm.
