Made up of young, dynamic performers recently graduated from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, they will take you on a superbly crafted musical journey, presenting a varied repertoire of solos, duets, trios and ensemble pieces to stir every emotion. Wire Sculpting Workshop
Leanne Kelly is an internationally renowned artist and one of the best wire workers in Australia, frequently exhibiting her work at the Crookwell Art Gallery. This is a fantastic opportunity for those budding artists who wish to study the art of wire sculpture from one of the best. During this workshop you will learn how to transform wire into a bird's nest sculpture using both plain and barbed wire. Included in this workshop is morning and afternoon tea, light lunch and all materials needed. For safety reasons participants will need to bring their own stout protective gloves and safety glasses or goggles. Bookings are essential.

Local produce with an international flair at Crystal Brook Gardens and Lavender Farm. Dine on delicious dishes prepared by your host and fabulous cook Judith Basile. Ingredients are sourced from local suppliers and Crystal Brook's very own potage garden and orchard. This special dining experience will consist of a six course degustation that will delight the tastebuds. Reservations are essential, dress code is casual attire.

Maggie Somerville CD Launch
Join us for a celebration of our shire's most famous daughter, Dame Mary Gilmore. Some of her celebrated poems are now revived in song by Melbourne's talented Maggie Somerville, who has chosen Mary's birthplace for her first CD launch. Relatives of Mary - the Gilmore, Cameron and Beattie family branches - will be especially welcomed. Louise Taylor will be officiating and food and drink will be available.
