Nash Brackenrig (decision loss), Will Nagle (decision loss), Sam Brooker (decision victory) and Jayden Ralph (decision victory) all fought on the night, and in an email to the Goulburn Post, Goulburn PCYC committee vice president Justin Oag said that the "young men carried themselves professionally all evening displaying sportsmanship well beyond their years which is a credit to both themselves and their club."
With 12 fighters in the team between the ages of 12 and 45, Oag praised their "phenomenal" commitment to representing Goulburn.
"The representation of our team in the local community's been phenomenal," Oag said.
"We've traveled all over Sydney and the south coast, and they always put their hand up to go away.
"The commitment's definitely there, the boys train hard, and they deserve every success they get."
The team currently boasts a NSW State Novice Champion and two PCYC King of the Ring Champions in its ranks.
The success at Erindale was a fitting prelude to the next major event on the Goulburn PCYC boxing calendar, which is the "May the Fists Fly" event on May 4 at the Goulburn Workers Club.
Hosted by the Goulburn PCYC, the event will also serve as a fundraiser to support a number of its initiatives.
The funds raised will support the PCYC's gymnastics team, the revamped rock climbing wall, and a homework centre which the club hopes to get off the ground in the near future.
"While the boxers are the face of everything at the moment, it's very much community-based," Oag said.
The Fight Night will see between 20 and 24 bouts take place, with fighters coming from as far as Taree in the north of NSW and from as far south as Victoria to compete.
There will also be an auction on the night which will feature a number of high-quality items up for grabs, including signed gloves from ex-world title holder Billy Dib.
General admission will be $30 per person and sponsors' tables of 10 are $500.
