Aftermath of WWI

The Remembrance Museum contains militaria from the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts right back to the New Zealand Maori War, fought in the mid-19th century. The theme focuses on returning troops, the Spanish influenza pandemic: 'the aftermath of war'.

A touring exhibition of the Havelberg-Smith bequeathed collection of Georgian era glassware (c. 1700-1840), more than 40 pieces including glasses, rummer glasses, jugs, serving ware and candlesticks.
