We welcomed Joan Scott, who thanked everyone for well wishes during her absence. The Welfare ladies visited Joan Scott, Judith Roper and Iris Roberts who is living at Warrigal.
We didn't have a guest speaker as we had an Easter Hat Parade with members who wore pretty Easter hats. Members were Kathy Hunt, Marie Pedlow, Kayleen Tremble, Maria Kenk, Margaret Thompson, Dawn Carey and Margaret Robinson.
The winner of the Best Hat was Kathy Hunt, who made her hat with eggs, bunnies and a cross. Maria Kenk was second with a hat made by her.
Kayleen Tremble was presented with her member's badge.
The winners of the raffles were: Dawn Carey, Maree de Britt and Pat Delaney, and the lucky door prize was won by Margaret Stewart.
Joan Scott won the lucky newsletter.
Our last social outing was morning tea at The Hub, Bradfordville, where about 12 of us had a delicious Devonshire Tea.
Our next social outing is today (April 18), for lunch at the Golden Star Chinese Restaurant at 12 o'clock.
