After a lacklustre start to the season against the Yass Magpies, in which the Bulldogs went down 4-26, they have rebounded and scored 88 points to six in the three rounds since.

"First round against Yass, I was really disappointed with our performance," Worboys said.

"We lost by three tries, and our attack wasn't there.

"Coming back from that, three wins in a row and we've only let in one try in the last three games. That's the most important thing I've been looking at [is] defence.

"It's unreal."

The loss to Yass, Warboys said, "definitely" gave the Goulburn girls the motivation they needed to tighten things up and prove what a dominant force they could be in the competition.

The Sharks put up a good challenge on Saturday, but were unable to cope with Goulburn's faster and more skilful squad.

While it was a comfortable margin of victory for the Bulldogs in the end, Warboys said that he was "a bit wary" of the Belconnen side ahead of the game.

"They've had a couple of close games against teams that we've beat comfortably, but you never know in this competition.

"To win 32-0 is a really good performance."

The Bulldogs have been blessed with incredibly strong numbers this season, and Warboys said that the 20 girls in the squad have already proven crucial.

"We've already had one girl break her wrist in the first game, and one girl did her ACL last week, so she's out for the season," Worboys said.

"You need those numbers. [Sport is] not everyone's priority ... That's been the most we've had on the bench today, with five."

Goulburn's League Tag result was one of four wins for the Bulldogs on Saturday, as they claimed victory in the Under 19s, Reserve Grade, and First Grade divisions.

This weekend, the Goulburn Bulldogs will take on the West Belconnen Warriors at Raiders Belconnen.

The match will begin from midday on Saturday May 18.
