The Upper Lachlan Shire Council (ULSC) has just advised that all roads in the area are now open.
A ULSC Spokesperson said the Goulburn to Crookwell Rd is now open and the Taralga to Laggan and Taralga to Crookwell roads are also now open.
The underpass to Eastgrove in Goulburn is also now open.
Goulburn SES Unit Commander Darryl Skinner said the SES was now just responding to two outstanding jobs.
"It is clearing up and there are no other reports of jobs coming in. There is also no other snow forecasted at this stage, so we are just about done with our work," Mr Skinner said.
Update 10am
The Goulburn SES have advised that at 10am the Goulburn to Crookwell Road remains closed, as does the Laggan to Crookwell Road and the Goulburn to Eastgrove Rd underpass.
Goulburn SES Unit Commander Darryl Skinner said the SES had responded to 15 local jobs since 3am.
"We currently have four outstanding jobs," he said.
"These jobs are mainly snow inundating into roof spaces and a few branches down off trees.
"There was debris out on the Mountain Ash Rd but the council was cleaning that up on our behalf. People were dodging debris on the way in and it needed clearing for the lanes to be totally open."
Meanwhile, police are reminding drivers to slow down in these icy conditions.
The NSW Bureau of Meteorology has issued a warning to sheep graziers for the Southern Tablelands.
"Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures, rain and showers and southerly winds are expected during Tuesday.
"There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions. The next warning will be issued by 11am," a Bureau spokesperson said.
Earlier
The Goulburn to Crookwell Road has been closed after snow dusted the area in an overnight storm.
Several centimetres of snow dusted the region, including Goulburn, Taralga and Crookwell. Residents posted photos on social media showing paddocks and cars covered in the white stuff, the first decent fall for this winter.
At Goulburn Airport, the temperature fell below zero but the apparent temperature was minus 3.3 at 4am, according to the Bureau of Meteorology.
The snow dissipated with steady rain. The airport has received 36mm overnight.
Police said the Goulburn to Crookwell Road was closed at 1.30am when the snow started falling.
The Taralga to Laggan Road is also closed. Police said both roads could open later this morning, given the impact of rain on conditions.
A sheep graziers warning applies to the Southern Tablelands.
Snow was also reported in the Yass region.
Goulburn is expecting a top of nine degrees today and 12 tomorrow.
