The former Huntly Arcade, now the Goulburn Community Centre at 155-157 Auburn Street, is up for sale through Cushman and Wakefield. It is being marketed as a "prominent 1450 square metre building," fully leased to local and government tenants with a net annual income of $252,615.
The building will go to auction at Cushman and Wakefield's Sydney rooms on June 27.

The structure has been owned by local developer Robert Rampton and his business partners for just over nine years. His company remodelled the interior as part of an $800,000 overhaul.
Last year, the council leased a large section for community groups moved out of the McDermott Centre to pave the way for the Performing Arts Centre.
Council general manager Warwick Bennett said there were interested buyers but agents were pitching the fact there were two long term tenants.
"We have a lease for another four years so there is no problem," he said.
The council is paying $140,000 annually, plus GST.
Longer term, it is looking to build a new Community Centre in its former Bourke Street works depot. Some groups, such as U3A and the Goulburn Gem Society, have already moved into the existing building.
Mr Bennett said there was "no mad rush" on this work. A policy is being drafted on how groups would pay and then the design would be worked through. A total $33,000 is allocated in the 2019/20 budget for investigation, followed by $4 million in 2022/23 for construction.
