The choir is on its 2019 regional tour and will perform Stanford in C, Rose responses and William Henry Harris's Bring us, O Lord God, among other pieces.
Director Chris Watson said the Goulburn stop was just one of several, which also included the High Court and National Gallery in Canberra, the Anglican Cathedral at Newcastle and Saint James Church in King Street, Sydney.
"It's nice for us to perform in Goulburn because it is one of the country's most beautiful cathedrals," he said.
Saint Saviour's choir will also join in for part of the service.
When not on tour, the Trinity College choir performs weekly Evensong service in its chapel during term. The group was formed in 1872 to sing in the College chapel.
But it has also undertaken nine international tours, including to Spain, France and the UK, singing in concerts and in chapels and cathedrals.
Mr Watson said the group represented a "more traditional" form of church service.
This is one not to be missed. The performance will be held at the Cathedral on Monday, July 1 at 5.30pm. The service is free and all are welcome.
