The frosty winter has been tough but come spring the stunning garden and richly scented flowers will bloom.
It is the first time that the garden will open at the two-day festival held in mid-November.
The garden was established just seven years ago at the same time that the Turner's built their home and renovated a 140-year old cottage.
It is an extension of their home, and Mrs Turner can't pack away the tools long enough to stop expanding the space.
"I lived in England and my father was a gardener, it makes a house," Mrs Turner said.
"In Berry, we were building and selling and gardens make that house much more attractive. One agent said the house is worth this much and I'm putting another $100,000 on the gardens."
"I've never had someone come out and landscape, it just evolves and goes on."
Near the entrance is a parkland containing mature and new species of trees. The garden itself is a walk-through space leading to the cottage and around the home. Dotted throughout are around 100 roses, conifers, iris, sculptures and places to sit. A climbing rose drapes a pergola which in spring and summer cascades in a sea of apricot.
The original orchard of Damsom Plum and apple trees remains with additions of mandarin and fig.
The pathway leads towards the immaculate bluestone cottage rebuilt with the work of a stone mason. The garden nearby it is the newest addition.
Gardeners in the region would be familiar with the challenge of the winter frost, the strong winds and water. Mrs Turner has tried to combat this by planting hedges to minimise the wind and last year added a bore.
The Turner's garden, along with eight others will open on November 9-10.
