The titles were held over the weekend of July 6 to July 8 at the Penrith District Netball Courts.
President of the Goulburn and District Netball Association Karen Campbell said she was extremely proud of the teams. "It was a fantastic weekend," Campbell said. "They played hard and had some very good wins."
The U12s and U14s division four team came 18th and 12th respectively, but the most successful team was the U13s division four, which came 10th.
"My girls did very well," U13s coach Jacqui Muller said.
"The result is amazing for our little Goulburn community because we don't have many kids to choose from.
"The kids that we do get are all keen, but not at the same calibre as the state title girls.
"They've always been very passionate and we'd never won many games at carnivals before, but they never give up.
"When we won a few games, their little faces lit up and it was just amazing to see that."
Muller said that, because of a lack of players, the team had to invite a few players from the northern region.
"The quality of those girls were just amazing," she said.
"When they played for us, they boosted our team up as our players stepped up."
Goulburn did win the 'march past', which is where teams do a little chant and march past the judges.
