A Tarago man has been refused bail in Goulburn Local Court over an alleged murder at Surfside, near Bateman's Bay, on the South Coast in April.

Daniel James Sharpe, 18, of Tarago, appeared in the dock on a charge of murder.
He was wearing green runners and a grey and black tracksuit.
Police will allege that: "between 11.30pm and 11.59pm on April 13 this year that Daniel James Sharpe did murder Andrew Peter Drake at Surfside."
Sharpe's solicitor Matt Lloyd asked for the matter to be adjourned to link up with another matter.
Sharpe did not apply for bail and Magistrate David Williams formally refused it.
Sharpe is due to appear by audio-visual link in Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, July 15.
Sharpe's mother, Julie Louise Sharpe, 46, appeared in Batemans Bay Local Court on Friday, July 12.
She was granted bail on a charge of concealing a serious indictable offence.
