Non-profit organisation The Personnel Group is passionate about helping people find a job where they will flourish and thrive.
For more than 33 years they have delivered disability employment services to regional Australia.
They recently expanded their services in Goulburn to include ParentsNext - a program designed to assist parents of young children return to work - and a new training course called Career Transition Assistance for mature age job seekers.
Corporate services manager Julie Bunn said the organisation had been providing employment assistance to people with a disability, injury or mental illness since 1986.
"We provide our clients with face-to-face support and develop an individualised plan to assist them in gaining the right skills and training to achieve their goals," Ms Bunn said.
"Our team also market our job seekers to local employers and we provide on-the-job training. We support you for as long as you need."

ParentsNext helps parents plan and prepare for employment by the time their youngest child reaches school age.
"We assist parents to identify their education and employment goals and help them to develop a career pathway plan," Ms Bunn said. "We also help them access other community services that they may need for preparation for returning to work, such as health, childcare and housing services."
Career Transition Assistance is a new free training course for people aged 45 years and over, who are seeking employment and registered with a Jobactive provider.
Ms Bunn said the program was designed to help mature aged job seekers gain a competitive edge in the job market. "The training will be delivered in eight modules over eight weeks in a relaxed group setting," she said.
"Upon completion, people will be armed with enhanced interview skills, an accredited first aid certificate, a tailored career path plan and digital literacy skills." The program will be delivered in a rolling sequence, so eligible people can join at any time, and complete each module week by week.
