Amy Day, Ellen Day, and Jess Antony reached their milestones in round four, eight, and 15 respectively, and all three have been with the team since its inception four years ago.
"We were actually pretty surprised, all three of us, that we reached 50 when we did," Antony said.
"We're pretty stoked that we got to the 50 games, especially because some of us have been out injured, with rep stuff, and I had a baby.
"So to still reach that 50 is a good achievement."
Reaching the milestone, Antony added, was important for more than just the record.
"Hopefully it'll encourage [other] girls to see you can do that," she said.
"The boys obviously acknowledge their 50 and 100, so for us girls to be able to reach those too is really good."
The record comes during a stellar season for the Bulldogs.
Their 22-12 win over the Gungahlin Bulls in their final game of the season locked in a second-place finish on the ladder.
The Bulldogs have been one of the teams to consistently make finals in the last four years, and Antony believes that the club's ability to retain players has been a crucial aspect of its impressive success.
"To keep that core team together, we've been building over the last four years and we're getting better," Antony said.
"Hopefully we will take out the grand final by doing just that.
"[Having experienced players] just helps all the new ones to come in and build and get that skill level."
Bulldogs coach Matt Worboys said that the trio's achievement and continued presence was important as it helped to make the club more accessible.
"It's great to have the girls around the club," Worboys said.
"It creates a more family environment than just a male-dominated football club.
"They all get around the social events too.
"I think it's a big bonus to the Bulldogs as a whole."
But the most pleasing aspect for Worboys, who has coached the side for the last two years, is seeing the girls progress and develop personally as well as technically.
"I've been at the club since they started playing league tag, I've seen them progress their skills," he said.
"It's awesome, and they've all become quite good friends now."
The Bulldogs lost their semifinal 32-0 to the West Belconnen Warriors, but will play the Gungahlin Bulls in a do or die clash on Sunday, September 1.
