"It's a chance to recognise that the RSL has been going on for 100 years," Goulburn RSL Sub Branch secretary Mal Ritchie said.
"We appreciate the great support we have received."
Proceedings were started off by Goulburn RSL Sub Branch president Gordon Wade who hoped friendships would be rekindled.
"Hopefully, we can rekindle the friendships across various sub branches," he said.

Mr Wade's favourite memory since joining the Sub Branch in 1987 was the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli landing.
"The manner in which it was received by Goulburnians and the Australian Defence Force was incredible," Wade said.

For Mr Ritchie, it was being a part of the team and being named secretary.
"Seeing the satisfaction on the veterans' faces when we help them is also the best thing for mine," he said.
There was also a cake to celebrate the milestone.
