There's so much to take in through the Goulburn Lilac City Festival you'll probably need the whole long weekend to experience it all.
Locals and visitors alike can join in or watch events that are tied into the festival from the morning of Friday October 4 through to the afternoon of Monday October 7.
Starting with the lilacs themselves, there are open gardens to explore, with the judging having taken place over the past couple of weeks.
You can see the Palasa Salvi Garden at Howard Park, which was officially opened on Tuesday October 1 in honour of Mrs Salvi who passed away in 2017. Click this link for the full story.
You'll also find the Bansai Society, a floral display at the Goulburn Soldier's Club, and a memorabilia display featuring things people have collected from previous events.
Wander around town and you'll see many businesses have participated in the shop front displays to support the event and really paint the town lilac.

Beyond lilacs there are activities to suit every age group, as well as offering something to suit a large variety of interests.
These range from the colouring competition in Goulburn Community Centre (155 Auburn Street), to a musical performance from Chalkie White at the Southern Railway Hotel on Friday night.
Other musical activities include Goulburn Regional Ukelele Band (GRUB) with a half-hour set on Saturday.
Saturday afternoon will continue with live music from the Goulburn Country Music Association and include performances by Loz and Mick, Stuart Coe, Bill Taylor and Shantelle.
From 7pm Saturday the Southern Railway Hotel will then host Karaoke so get excited for that.
Two popular aspects of the show making a return are the street parade, and the Lilac Queen.
The street parade will start at 11am on Sunday October 6 so grab a vantage point along Auburn Street or Goldsmith Street.
The Lilac Queen entrants will be helping their favourite local charity and the crowning takes place at 11am Saturday October 5.
Car enthusiasts can head to Wakefield Park to see the Cobra Nationals, with loads of shining examples of Shelby's 1960s idea to stuff a big V8 in the little AC Ace coming from all across the country to be here.
The Joyland Carnival will be loads of fun, and they've set aside a couple of hours from noon on Friday for the enjoyment of people with a disability.
Their carnival rides will then continue in two hour blocks throughout the weekend right up to Monday afternoon.
The market and food stalls in Belmore Park will be open from 9am on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
The Rotary Book Fair at the corner of Auburn and Bradley Streets will start at 9.30am each day from Friday to Monday.
The Goulburn CWA and the Riverdale Homestead will each host a Devonshire Tea at 10am on Sunday, then on Sunday afternoon there will be a High Tea at the Southern Railway Hotel.
