Earlier this week seven Red Rooster stores on Queensland's Sunshine Coast were immediately closed after the franchisee that owned them collapsed into voluntary administration.
There are six Red Rooster stores in this region including in: Bathurst, Dubbo, Lithgow, Orange and two in Goulburn.
When asked if these six stores would be impacted by the Queensland closures, a Red Rooster spokeswoman told Australian Community Media that the Sunshine Coast closures were an isolated situation.
"These closures have immediately impacted over 100 employees, landlords and suppliers," she said.
"As soon as we were notified of the closures we commenced working with the administrator and landlords with the aim of re-opening these stores.
This is an isolated situation.

"Our intention is that there will be no job losses - our key focus right now is to re-open and secure the ongoing employment of affected employees as quickly as possible."
The spokeswoman said Red Rooster supports 190 individual business owners operating 360 restaurants with 9500 employees across Australia.

"This [the Queensland closures] is an isolated situation that is not reflective of the incredible work our franchise partners in our network are doing every day, 365 days a year," she said.
"The Red Rooster network is strong, and the business is in a stage of growth, particularly in Queensland.
"Red Rooster will continue to work with the administrator and landlords with the aim of re-opening all seven restaurants within the week."
