Stallholders battled the wind on Saturday but it was still a glorious event.
Goulburn Mulwaree Mayor Bob Kirk was in charge of opening the fair on Saturday, October 19 and comedically apologised for the blistery conditions.
"Welcome to wonderful windy Goulburn," Cr Kirk said.
"Sorry about that.
"But here we are at our now famous Steampunk annual event in its sixth year.
"I remember talking about the possibility of running the fair all weekend for a couple of years and here we are.
"I thank everyone for coming along."
That was followed by the main event of Saturday, the costume parade, which featured a wide and creative variety of costumes.
Festivities continued the next day including teapot racing and a pet parade.
