"I am honoured to have hosted such an incredibly successful fundraising event at my home," Goulburn makeup artist Diana Cheetham said.
"A huge thanks goes to the local businesses, whose support was overwhelming.

"The event would not have existed without them and their generosity.
"The 'Bride Tribe' who attended were such a fabulous group of women, all frocking up in their gowns for such a great cause.
"I hope this showcases that you can have fun when fundraising."
Mrs Cheetham hosted the fundraiser 'Girls' Night In' with the 'Bride Tribe' theme.
Having seen her family and friends being struck by cancer, she wanted to host the fundraiser and help people who are affected by the disease.
A Cancer Council event, money raised for 'Girls Night In' will be donated towards holistic approaches to cancer research.

'Girls Night In' was attended by 16 people, with three additional non-attendees making a donation to the cause.
She had started a page with a goal to raise $500 by the end of this month to help with cancer research and surpassed the goal by raising around $830.

"Any amount that is raised through fundraisers like this is helpful," she said.
"The money was raised by a portion of the cover charge going directly to the cause, a silent auction of incredible items donated by businesses big and small and personal donations by those who could not attend," she said.
She chose the 'Bride Tribe' theme for the 'Girls Night In' fundraiser as she wanted to raise money to help fight cancer and "make fundraising fun".
There were several activities including a scavenger hunt, photo challenges, a runway walk challenge, the bouquet throw and riddle cards.
"The games were sponsored by small businesses in and around town. I would like to thank them," Mrs Cheetham said.
"The event was such a success this year. I plan on organising another one next year," she said.
