The modifications show design refinements to the planned four-storey Acute Clinical Services Building, including changes to the facade and external finishes.
The new design also retains the current Pathology/specimen collection building as well as having improvements to landscaping.
The new designs can be seen online, but will also be the subject of a drop-in session for the public in Goulburn on Thursday, October 31 from 4-6pm at the Community Health Centre.

The original DA for the redevelopment of the Goulburn Base Hospital was approved by the NSW Department of Planning, Industry on December 3, 2018
Since then, modifications have been made to the original plans.
On the lower ground level, the Emergency Department (ED) car park and drop-off area have been amended to suit the modified building footprint and hospital entry.
"The main hospital's cumbersome, long switchback ramps and stairs have been removed and replaced with more legible stairs," the new design document states.
The number of emergency parking spaces has been increased from 19 to 24 spaces and the total staff fleet parking area has also increased from 29 to 32 spaces.
On the ground level, the main hospital drop-off, short-term parking and entry area has been amended, as well as the link from the modified building to the existing hospital building.
A new canopy is proposed over the amended ambulance parking area, to improve the entrance of the hospital for the arrival of patients and visitors.

One level 1, a canopy is also proposed over the hospital main entry and drop off area, to improve the presentation of the hospital's main entrance for visitors and patients.
On level 2, a new external terrace has been provided to the palliative care department.
In the new plans, the roof will be angled, which reduces the overall height of the building.
"The main facade has been amended, taking into consideration the site's heritage context, to include porcelain tiles of a variety of neutral colours and dimensions," the document said.
"The modifications do not seek to modify the number for approved beds or staff numbers, therefore there are no changes to the nature or intensity of the use are proposed," the design document states.

"The modifications are mainly limited to the building footprint and envelope, therefore there are no significant changes to the relationship of the modified building to adjoining properties.
"The changes do not impact the use of the site as a "hospital", the intended function of the buildings and its internal departments."
The original DA involved the construction of the new Acute Clinical Services building as well as the refurbishment of existing Ambulatory Care and the Imaging/ED as well as the demolition of vacated buildings.
