Police are investigating a break, enter and steal at the rural property in Crookwell.

Between mid-to-late-October, a property owner was alerted to items allegedly stolen from the farming property..

Items stolen included two Heiniger shearing plants (valued between $6000-$7000), two 1980's Sunbeam shearing plants and a Briggs and Stratton Generator.

Rural crime officers attached to the Hume Police District and Crookwell police officers are appealing to the public for information leading to the arrest of the perpetrators and return of equipment, rural crime investigator Detective Senior Constable Mick Calleja said.

"If anybody hears anything, report it to us," Detective Senior Constable Calleja said.

Alleged offenders may attempt to offload the equipment if it isn't for personal use.

"It could be social media, Gumtree or Ebay," he said.

"The Briggs and Stratton Generator has distinct hand-written text on the switches," he said.

Police say there are no leads.
