The Veolia Arena, Peden Pavillion and the Grace Milsom Centre were all being used for activities that ranged from cycling, to basketball, musical performances, and an art exhibition.
There was also plenty of stalls with providers from the sector on hand with information.
This annual celebration unites people from around the world to honour the achievements and contributions of people with disability.
It also assists in removing barriers to create an inclusive and accessible society for all.
Students from various Goulburn school attended and supported the day.
Organiser Jo-Ann Fitzsimmons said she was pleased with the turnout of the day.
"There is so much going on out here, it is fabulous," she said.
