The service every Tuesday will depart Bigga at 7.55am and arrive in Goulburn at 9.25am, via Binda (8.20am), Crookwell (8.35am) and Grabben Gullen (8.45am).
It will connect with a train service to Canberra, leaving Goulburn at 9.44am to arrive 11.20pm.
The return service will depart Canberra Railway Station (Kingston) at 5.08pm, arriving Goulburn 6.35pm to connect with the coach service, departing 7.15pm to arrive at Bigga at 8.55pm (via Grabben Gullen, 7.55pm; Crookwell, 8.15pm; and Binda, 8.30pm).
NSW TrainLink will operate the service.
Deputy Premier and regional minister John Barilaro, regional transport and roads minister Paul Toole and Goulburn MP Wendy Tuckerman announced the route on December 5.
It is one of six services that has been fast-tracked into operation as part of the state government's planned 13 transport links for regional and remote communities.
This was an election commitment by the NSW Government to better connect regional communities.
Mrs Tuckerman said it was part of a commitment to support local economies.
"It will mean more opportunities to visit friends and families, to go shopping [and] attend medical appointments," Mrs Tuckerman said.
It "could even open up new employment opportunities," she said.
Recently, Mrs Tuckerman had reminded Goulburn commuters to use the three-day-a-week coach services currently under trial from Goulburn to Sydney and Canberra "or else we will lose it".
Goulburn resident Lawrie Sullivan said a five-day-a-week coach service was preferred, but that he had been told it would be kept at three days.
That coach trial has been extended to March 2020.
Mr Toole said the Bigga-Goulburn trial would allow "the right changes in response to feedback to improve connections and better service local communities".
