The exhibition of her work is a display of her acrylic pour technique titled Colours of Australia.
The opening was held on November 29 and she sold several paintings on the night.
"It is mostly inspired by landscapes of Australia. I looked at a lot of aerial photography for inspiration on Google images and Pinterest," Katie said.
"It started because I did one of a beach and I wanted to also showcase all of the different styles and techniques that I could do as well.
She said the exhibition came about because of a musician friend who took an interest in her art.
He contacted the Goulburn Club, who were looking for art to adorn their walls.
"I had four weeks, so I painted like mad," she said.
"I sold some of my works on the night, which was really exciting and I have a commission to create an artwork for some people in Canberra."
She is self-taught.
"Struggled with depression, so I started making art to help and it became therapy for me," she said.
"It is exciting for me when people look at my art and it speaks to them somehow."
Her mother Kim Granger said the night was 'a big thrill for her'.
"It was wonderful to see that others enjoyed her art. She is also now about to start working on commission pieces due to interest surrounding this collection," she said.
"Katie is 22 and has always been very creative both in terms of art and performance in singing and dancing."
She is a Goulburn local and went to Trinity Catholic College.
"I would like to also thank the Goulburn Club. They are a wonderful group, who manage a terrific space for the performing and visual arts," she said.
"Katie has sung there for the Blues Festival and as part of a duo this year and it is fantastic to see this venue giving people this opportunity."
Ms Hewitt's exhibition is at the club until February, 2020.
