Emergency services are on the scene of a crash at Gunning.
Police said a vehicle has careered off Yass Street and landed in Meadow Creek, within the town on the northern side.
Police Rescue, two Ambulance crews and the Rural Fire Service are also attending.
Police said there was little water in the creek and the car was submerged up to its wheels.
Southern Tablelands RFS operations officer Lachlan Gilchrist said one male was trapped but this was more by virtue of the vehicle's location.
Another occupant was able to get out of the car.
The cause of the crash isn't known at this stage.
More details as they come to hand.
