Cr Andrew Banfield said he discovered at least three trailer-loads of household items beside Carrick Road on the weekend.
Located about 500 metres from the Hume Highway on the southern side, they included fridges, furniture, water coolers, boxes, clothes racks and much more.

Cr Banfield lives in the area and says residents are furious about the dumping, strewn across about 800 metres.
"I have one question for the people who did this. How would you feel if someone else dumped this in your backyard?" he asked.
"If I'd found the people responsible I would have thrown it in their front yard."
He believed it occurred on Saturday night. Cr Banfield said 20-litre paint tins had also been dumped recently on Taralga Road.
Almost two weeks ago, Deputy Mayor Peter Walker found bulky goods left beside Middle Arm Road, between Campbells Lane and Norwood Road.
The council cleaned it up the next day. But both men argue this shouldn't be the case.
Mayor Bob Kirk has pushed the need for civic pride over many years.
"I'm disgusted that people hold such contempt for the place. How could you be proud about anything?" he said.

"People use the excuse that fees at the waste management centre are too high. But there's a price to treat waste just like there is for buying a new fridge. We provide this facility to manage waste in an orderly way and 99 per cent of people appreciate that."
It's gobsmacking that anyone thinks it's alright to pull up and dump a trailerload of rubbish, let alone three.

Cr Kirk said the council fees were based on cost recovery only, just like the library.
"Unfortunately we have people who think it's okay to dump rubbish anywhere," he said.
"It's gobsmacking that anyone thinks it's alright to pull up and dump a trailerload of rubbish, let alone three. There are many instances of it and while they may comment on the tip fees, I ask what is their alternative?"
Vandalism costs
Councillors heard at their meeting on Tuesday that vandalism repairs cost $15,490 for the three months to January 31.
It included numerous incidents of graffiti, broken doors, toilets and toilet roll holders across parks and sporting fields in Goulburn, Marulan and Tarago.
Graffiti cleaning alone cost $5400. All estimates include staff time.
At Prell Oval and Leggett Park, staff also picked up needles. In Leggett Park there was also a small fire in the toilets.
In the past 12 months, vandalism repairs cost $62,390, a report stated. It equates to a $5199 monthy average.
Cr Peter Walker said an awareness campaign was needed to say it "wasn't good enough." At Victoria Park, graffiti vandals had signed their names and the council was able to track them down.
"It's (bent) street signs and painting on things and it's very annoying because the money spent on repairs could be put aside for something else. I think we need to get something out there," he said.
